Two lanes: services and product

Construction IO works in two lanes. Professional services — implementations, conversions, report writing, certified payroll reporting, integrations, and company copies and deletes — are performed by people under separate written agreements. Blueprint is the governed implementation-intelligence product, offered as a subscription. Nothing on this website creates a services engagement or a subscription by itself.

The product never connects to Vista or executes SQL

Blueprint is deliberately air-gapped from your systems: it never connects to Vista and never executes SQL. Your team runs reviewable scripts in a customer-owned test company and uploads only sanitized verification results. Company copies, deletes, full conversions, and other red operations are expert-performed services with separate scoping, authorization, backup, reconciliation, testing, and cutover controls — they are never self-service features of the product.

Pilot applications and pricing

A founding-pilot application is a request for a conversation, not a subscription or service agreement. Pilot scope, deliverables, fees, access, and responsibilities are documented in a separate written agreement before work begins, and that agreement governs over anything stated on this site.

Your responsibilities

Customers remain responsible for review, backups, approvals, licensed environments, and execution in their own test company. Website content is general information, not professional advice for your specific environment.

Trademarks

Trimble and Vista are trademarks of their respective owners. Construction IO is independent software and consulting and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Trimble.
