Professional services

Construction IO provides professional services — implementations, conversions, report writing, certified payroll reporting, integrations, and company copies and deletes — performed by people under separate written agreements. Nothing on this website creates a services engagement by itself.

Red operations are expert-performed

Company copies, deletes, full conversions, and other red operations are expert-performed services with separate scoping, authorization, backup, reconciliation, testing, and cutover controls.

Service inquiries

A service inquiry is a request for a conversation, not a service agreement. Scope, deliverables, fees, access, and responsibilities are documented in a separate written agreement before work begins, and that agreement governs over anything stated on this site.

Your responsibilities

Customers remain responsible for review, backups, approvals, licensed environments, and execution in their own test company. Website content is general information, not professional advice for your specific environment.
