What the forms collect

The service-inquiry and founding-pilot forms ask for your name, title, company, work email, an optional phone number, and a description of the work or problem you want help with, plus the scoping choices shown on each form (such as service type, environment, module focus, and timing). A hidden honeypot field and a per-connection rate limit exist only to filter automated abuse. Do not submit payroll detail, credentials, tax identifiers, banking information, or production data — the forms validate against common identifier patterns, and the forms are for scoping a conversation, not for granting access to your systems.

How the information is used

Submissions are used to evaluate your inquiry or pilot application and to respond to you personally. Each submission triggers a notification email to the operator and a one-time confirmation email to the address you provided. Construction IO does not sell your information and does not add form submitters to marketing lists.

Processors

Running the site and the intake forms involves three processors:

• Vercel hosts the site and serves the form endpoints.
• Supabase stores submissions in a Postgres database.
• Resend delivers the notification and confirmation emails.

Your submission passes through these processors only to operate the intake described above.

Retention

Submissions are kept while the conversation or resulting engagement is active and for a reasonable record-keeping period afterward. Email justin@constructionio.com to request deletion earlier.

The product boundary

Construction IO is designed without a direct connection to Vista. Customer workspaces accept only approved, sanitized configuration evidence, and each organization's content is isolated from every other organization.
